Graham had the surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, according to a news release from Mark Barber, a representative for Samaritan’s Purse, which is based in North Carolina.
The news stated that the late Billy, an evangelist,’s son had contracted constrictive pericarditis, an inflammation and hardening of the sac surrounding the heart that compresses and impairs the heart’s function.
