Emergency responders were called to Casa Sur Hotel about a person in the internal courtyard.
When they arrived, they confirmed that a man had died. Later, they learned he was a singer in a music group.
Unfortunately, Payne’s injuries from the fall were too severe for any chance of survival, so they had to declare him dead.
